Sabato, dalle 9.30 alle 13 e dalle 15.30 alle 19, torna la proposta: Ingresso libero e felicità garantita, all’Enoteca Vidoc (Via IV Novembre) di Crema; special guest, una degustazione di vini vulcanici, freschi e raffinati, come mangiare una sottile fetta di limone verde, con sopra del sale.
C’è un fil rouge che dai Colli Euganei, in Veneto, unisce l’Etna, in Sicilia. La presenza di un cratere, attivo o spento: il cosiddetto “effetto vulcano” che rende molti suoli della nostra Penisola particolarmente fertili, ricchi e capaci di esprimere vini eccellenti e di personalità, diversi da quelli che potrebbero formarsi su terreni calcarei o di natura alluvionale.
I vini vulcanici sono caratterizzati dalla spiccata aromaticità, da una consistente mineralità e acidità, insieme a una capacità non comune di invecchiamento. Sabato quindi, tutti all’Enoteca Vidoc!
