Vogliamo svelare un segreto nato tra le mura di un antico monastero, una perla rara che cresce solo nella terra di 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶.
Se pensate di aver già assaggiato tutto, preparatevi a ricredervi. Da 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗢𝗖 vi faremo scoprire un altro vitigno molto particolare, la 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮: una vera e propria leggenda liquida.
Ad accompagnarci in questo viaggio saranno i vini di 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁’𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼, direttamente dalle vigne pulite che si affacciano sul 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼, sulle 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝗶.
Una realtà pazzesca, nata dal recupero di un’antica dimora storica. Oltre alla leggendaria 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮, 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁’𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 è riuscita a fare magie con i vitigni locali e con i grandi vitigni internazionali, e sabato avremo il piacere di raccontarvi anche la loro interpretazione del 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝗿𝗼, un vino caldo, vellutato ed elegantissimo, insieme alle altre etichette d’autore della cantina.
