Il Syrah è come un ricordo d’estate, un viaggio che inizia con una carezza e successivamente esplode in bocca con una scossa tellurica.
È un senso di vicinanza custodito nell’eleganza femminile e nella potenza maschile che prima si dividono e poi si uniscono in una sinuosa danza eterea.
Insomma, un vino che non ti abbandona mai e da amare per la vita.
E non è un tipo da radici stabili. È un vitigno globe-trotter, uno di quelli che si sentono a casa ovunque – partendo dalla Valle del Rodano, alla California, passando per il Sudafrica, l’Australia e anche in l’Italia dove ha trovato la sua culla in Toscana. Tuttavia, ci sono ottime espressioni in molte altre regioni della nostra penisola.
